In recent years, global increasing on Energy price & competition in worldwide market for presenting the productions with lower price and better quality have caused that industries Managers, especially on industrial countries to be inclined to use of new methods of management & productions and try to save their company competitive power by use of modern methods.
This process is begun from recent decades in industrial countries and started in Iran after Islamic revolution.
In this regard it can be pointed out to fundamental changes in industrial management method and use of industrial automation process inevitable existing difficulties of after revolution years and economic differences between Iran and other industrial countries caused fast economic mutation to enter to world wide markets in direction of economic development programs, leaning to productive industries increased and they started a wide effect for raising production range to support non-oily export.
One of the important problems in decreasing the production expenses is decreasing energy for production process especially in electrical energy.

Low energy fuel and electricity expenses in Iran had caused high energy consumption on industries fields inattentive to economical problems which we can point out to our high level position on electrical consumption.
In recent years, Islamic government, in direction to development programs, took an action to decrease the payment of YARANEH and seems to last until covering the production costs.
In past, the relation between costs of electrical energy offer an industrial product and landing cost was a tiny value, abut with increasing on electricity price, this relation became a high value.
In the other hand, ministry of power started to divide whole day to 3 or 4 parts with different cost tariff because of decreasing the electrical pressure on distribution net work to encourage the users to spend most energy on zlow cost times.
Other subject in modern industries is to make a profit from world standards like ISO 9000.
In this methods there is an emphasize to use modern equipments and reduce the Human Parameters for processes like quality control, type of energy consumption and how to use the primary materials.
In this regard, use of intelligent systems in energy consumption became popular.

Technical view points

Exploitation of some parameters and access to them by using displays or measuring devices, except voltage and current is difficult and expensive and of course in some items such as harmonics analyzing of main electricity is impossible even, in cues these extra harmonic will cause serous problems to user equipments like electric motors on electrical net works, there is shocks, transient and un wanted changes which will damage to the equipments. In the other hand the usual measuring devices are not able to show the mentioned events, so there are no proved documents to rely on it.
The other subject is the extra payment to ministry of power as penalty in many cases there is not enough information on industrial ,managers hand to investigate the reason and there is no way prepare such these information unless with intelligence systems. Even there can be see that extra payment for electricity bill is because of extra consumption but technical managers don't know where it from is and can not be reduced even by installation of power factor correction capacitors and the factories should pay penalty for reactive power also.
